MY RULES BEFORE BOOKING

•LATE FEE 

$10-$25

(Depends on how many mins)

After 15 mins there will be a $25 late fee applied this cuts into the time for my other clients 

Anything after 30 minutes you must book all over again.

 

•NO CALL NO SHOW 

Must pay full price for your install up front on the website

Absolutely no exceptions!

 

•DROP OFFS)

If you are dropping hair off for your appointment I must receive it 2 days in advance. if not you will be forced to pay the $25 addition fee for customization 

No Same day coloring must drop off 4-5 days prior to your appointment day!

PLEASE DM OR EMAIL ME BEFORE ARRIVING SO I CAN GIVE YOU THE DOOR CODE! 

There is a black lock box outside my shop with a camera pointing over it. Please drop your wig,frontal,closure inside in a plastic cover labeled

with your name all drop offs should be done 2 days prior to your appointment day. NO drop offs will be accepted on (Saturdays & Sunday)

(Monday-Friday) ONLY before 6pm

If you don’t live in the area please plan accordingly to drop off your item if you don’t drop of 48 hours in advance you will be required to pay

$25 for customization 

 

•DIRTY HAIR

If you come with dirty hair it will be a Fee $25 

Because your hair has to be washed before I service you.

NO WET HAIR OR WET BUNDLES!

At that time I will wash it for that additional fee.

 

•SAME DAY & SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS

 $50 Fee Does not go towards your service

It’s an addition fee for me squeezing you in if I have availability to take you. 

On top of you getting any type of lace install you must still pay the $25 customization fee

•LACE COLOR

PLEASE No dark grey lace. If you are unsure about your lace take a picture and send it to me. Good types of lace would be 

Transparent Lace or Light Brown Lace. I only recommend HD Lace for ponytails,Birthdays or Photo Shoots because they are only for one time wear.

*LAYED LOVELY DOES NOT  WORK WITH BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE LACE!

•USED HAIR

I do not work with used wigs with cut lace, hair, cut tracks, re used frontals or closures unless I cut the lace off of the

wig or installed the hair. 

I do not go over other stylist work!

•DEPOSIT

$30 Deposit to book for any service over $100

Anything $100 & under must be paid via website 

DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE

Your remaining balance will always be due the day of your appointment in CASH.
