I will be forced to not service you if you bring hair to me like this! These are the type of measurements that are needed; ear to ear measurements, front of the head to back of the nape of the head and circumference. 3 Bundles Max Additional $25 To add an extra bundle to go into your wig Your unit will be pressed out to your liking. Additional services are available for an additional cost (Any Detailed cuts $15, Curls of any kind $25 and up ***styling is not included!!! this service only includes construction and customization Please allow 5 full business days to complete your wig! Saturdays and Sundays Not drop offs‼️ Drop off day is not counted ! if you need your wig completed before the 5 business days you will be required to pay a rush fee of $100

Cancellation Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment and you have paid in full or a deposit and you want to reschedule you will still need to book all over again and make another deposit payment.No exceptions will be giving. Frontals & Closure's Must Be Dropped off or Sent To Me 48 Hours Prior To Your Appointment Day Customizing Is A Time Consuming Process, The Lace Has To Be Bleached & Tinted Also Hairline Has to Be Plucked, If I Don't Receive It Prior To The Day of Your Appointment There Will Be An Additional Fee of $25 Come with your hair washed, detangled & blown out if it is not included in your style. NO WET HAIR! If your hair is dirty, wet or tangled & not blown out you will pay an additional fee of $25+ Late Fee of $25 will be applied after 15 minutes this cuts into other clients appointment times so no exceptions! Any additional cuts, color or styling or nail designs not listed in your description when booked will also be an additional $25+ depending on the style or cut. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
